Hello to all my fellow readers, today I'll be posting about my job experience at Pan Pacific Hotel as a banquet server!

And before you continue to read the rest of this post I would just like to say I'm just typing my own emotions and I will never try to bring down the name of the hotel. Lol.

It all started when I went online to do a job-search, I planned to look out for airline-related industry temporary and part-time. And I found it! By I-Link HR, they were looking for 80 people for the Singapore Air Show. I contacted them immediately.

Well, to my dismay, they have yet to finalise their schedule for the Air Show (which is in Feburary). Instead, they asked if I would like to take on chinese wedding dinners and stuff. I was quite hesitant. I'm not quite the F&B person lol. But my parents told me and my sister to give it a go, since there might be higher chances for them to put me on the Air Show job (Which later I found out it was a catering job zzz ... who cares, I also wan see planes zoom!)

5th January; Thursday, 5pm~11pm.
My job as a banquet server started out as a meeting at the back kitchen of the level one ballroom named Pacific. We had to sign in at a book and collect a random name tag. My name had to be Janice that day. There were also hair-checks (I was caught for loose hair) and fingernail checks (caught again for moderately long nails). Me and my sister were split up to different ballrooms (she was at the Pacific, I'm the Ocean) and I was led by Ken, the "awesome" man. Heh, he just likes saying "awesome". It sets the good mood for me too!

Gah ... it was a wedding at the Ocean ballroom that day, I was initially assigned to a table (1-to-1 service). But the guests had a no-show lol. (Groom might be crying out loud cause its $1500 a table) Okay can. So I was paired to 2 boys who were taking 2 ppl -to-3 tables, which makes it 1-to-1 service lor.

While I thought it was going great, the only one thing I didn't know about banquet dining is about portioning the food. (We had no training please ... I was stressing out at that moment). I had to rely on a fellow newcomer who had previous experiences on banquet dining to help me portion food at the sidestation.

(This, I've come to know, is not professional because you're supposed to portion food in-front of guests ahyo!)

Quite true right? Haha, you wouldn't want to see food portions being served to individual guests and suddenly BAM the waiter comes and serve a half-meat-left-fish to your table.

I apologise for that rude service!

The dinner ended off quite late for me and the boys because we served dessert late. It was freaking sticky yam paste with coconut milk on it I was like WTF is this piece of blob that's so difficult to remove from the main bowl and portion out to the guests!!! Ahem, these are real frustrations because I was the last last last table to be serving them dessert! Guests also complained, haiz haiz haiz. We gave them extra bowls of dessert as our form of apology.

The day ended off like that ... well, at least for the job.
I discovered I couldn't walk/stand up still when I was lying around the house at 230am due to a lower back pain. My family brought me to Changi General Hospital (nicknamed Cannot Go Home). True enough, their waiting time was about 2 hours per patient and I waited 3 hours later and NO DOCTOR came to help me.

This I understand, there were many accident and emergency cases that they had to attend to. By the time I slept while waiting to visit the doc, my lower back did not cause me further pain.
So I went home to sleep more. zZzZz

6th January; Friday, 5pm~11pm.
Meeting at the Pacific ballroom's kitchen again. I was name-tagged as Lena! (Heh ... its a popular model's name) Me and my sister were separated to different ballrooms again. She was assigned to Pacific while I was stuck at Ocean again.

Yeah and I forget to mention earlier there was a really scary auntie named Amy there who scolds me for doing the wrong things ... or if I'm asking a stupid question like, "Where can I take the utensils?" "Where are the peanuts?"

I mean, PLEASE!!! I HAD NO TRAINING!!! I was almost crying out to her if she would show me some guide nicely and blah blah blah show me the ropes or where the hell is the list of things I'm supposed to do.

I eventually told myself, THIS, is the REAL WORLD. I endured the harshness of auntie Amy, yea ...

Soo ... the Ocean ballroom was dedicated to a Dinner and Dance event by a construction company. My manager was Tom that day. He told us to stock up our sidestations with plenty of beer and wine for the guests.

Alot of beer and wine they dranked. One of them eventually vomitted. Another one accidentally spit noodles on my head. I told ya they were drunk.

The guests in my table did not eat much that they. Because they were Indians and the food served to them was Chinese cuisine. Many food was wasted. One guest requested to have the vegetarian cuisine. Unfortunately for him, he did not make an advance notice and food cannot be served to him.

Feed them with more drinks I guess~.

To sum it up short, there were more scoldings from auntie Amy because I also broke a glass (It is half my fault because I didn't know about "In/Out" doors and also a rushy waiter unknowingly appeared and barged at me), ease of dish clearing and portioning because the guests didn't eat at all and my limbs ached of serving many drinks.

Since it was going to be my third and final day of my job the day after, I decided to "reward" myself with watching Overheard in DVD from 2am~4am. Heh, okay that was just extra information.

6th January; Saturday, 5pm~11pm as usual.

Don't laugh guys ... my name was tagged as Choy Ling. Ah lets forget that! I was finally assigned to the Pacific ballroom that day, however, I was still not working alongside Paulynn!!

Anyway, the seasoned waiters and waitress around me do help me alot because I was still lacking behind in getting the "service gear" in place. I really strained myself today by clearing out all the food and dining plates and carrying them with one tray zzz.

Well, that day was my last time in Pan Pac isn't it? Nothing really special happened, but I felt very disappointed in myself that I could not adapt myself to that hectic environment. Maybe if I given myself more time, I can be able to portion my food well and serve the guests without the nervousness.

Hey, I have to give myself credit for performing well at cocktail okay! Two guests said that I work like a professional for a part-time cocktail server! Whoopee! (Just let me have some brag-time amidst all the indirectly harsh vibes I received from some of the people in my workplace)

... Ah, I'll be posting myself to York Hotel next Saturday. I pray hard that their style would be much more manageable and less strenous.

By the way, auntie Amy mentioned to my sister that we both are not suited for this job, should take on something more IT-ish.

Bleh. Still so harsh, but wise comment.

So I should have charged her for making me wait eh? Hahaha.

Nonetheless, I'm happy that the blogshop offers kigurumi at a very low price, maybe I should get another jumpsuit for my doraemon-maniac sister? 8D

Haha, this fruit machine reminds me of Chemistry lectures when they want to call students out to answer their checkpoint questions. The teachers seriously inputed all the 200 H2 Chemistry students into the machine!

But thank god I was not the chosen ones throughout my 2 years in college lol~!

Yeah, then I dont know what to wear to meet Madelyn Michiyo this Saturday man. Like, I must make my first impression! This is like, talking to an idol! ... She's considered my idol cause she bravely dyes blonde hair. Not many can do that!

Especially when people say blonde is a very wild colour for Asians and that normal jobs require black/brown hair.

Anyways, hopefully the other winner, Ruru can join in for the meetup + lunch! It'll be better right? Cause, it'll be awkward going alone. ―(T_T)→ ... Ruru won the toys ▼

I was in my school uniform, rushing out from school to Nex just to meet the Kaiji actor, all because Mchll won movie tickets to watch Kaiji 2! ...

Er, so I recognised Ruru's display picture on his Facebook and when I saw it on someone's iPhone wallpaper, I immediately thought this should be that guy who also "fb likes" Michiyo!

So that's the end of 'meeting' Ruru, first impression? Great fan of asian fever.

Today, I decided to dedicate posts to what I eat everyday, just to take note of my weight.

I'm feeling very conscious about how heavy I am since I cant fit to most of my favourite shorts and pants anymore. Not to mention my arm muscles (or maybe they're fats) are bursting out of the sleeves of my blouses. *sigh* I better not fret about this for too long!

I have to make sure that I have to lose this unwanted mass!

Tomorrow I will play Pump it up Pro 2! Thats for sure! (& go get some hair dye)

So, IIRC, today I've eaten:

Popeyes Chicken Sandwich Combo with Mashed Potatoes as the side dish (yum)
1/2 Prawn Mee from Bedok Hawker Centre.
9 Assorted Satay Sticks, also from Bedok Hawker Centre.

Maybe 3 slices of homemade tuna bread too ... :O

*grumbles about being 68kg and goes off to paint nails*

▲ And here is the latest update of my nails! I've used assorted nail colours I could find and also the Konad Stamping Kit I bought from Superwoman @ City Square Mall, $29.

If I'm not wrong I think the plate I used was M62.

Gah, I dont think it matters anyway. It looks like simple dot dot dot using toothpicks? Meh!

Well, I used to have a wig thats a similar colour to that, but ... it has undergone black hair dye and also unfortunately we've also discovered later that wigs cannot be dyed so easily as human hair.

If you have a wig thats in a funky colour and you wish to dye it to some natural hair colour, just get a new wig.

Now that's a fun fact!

Well, after Shngw had his hair turned blonde, ... I decided to try a colour too!

It's in Korean, so even if I took a picture of it up-close, I doubt you can get it anywhere. I bought it from the hairsalon below my block for kicks, in case if I would like to touch-up my black asian hair at home.

Haha, you may have guessed it but yeah, I seldom do D-I-Y stuff, I'm always afraid of first time failures so I'd rather get a professional hairdresser to help me do up the green paint!

OK, I could have pulled out a self composed lyrics from myself but I felt Simple Plan would have more impact on your guys. So much awesome songs from them in the past, *sigh*

I can't really explain fully what the situation was like, but it made me devastated. Today, I just felt I was the cause for hurting people, especially when people from my inner circle tells me that "This would not do" and "Why can't you be like others?" and also sometimes, "Don't make people to do this/that stuff with you".

Every quote from the people closest to me and I try not to rebut cos' ... I didn't want to agitate them at all. I also know that keeping silent isn't a good excuse, but I really don't wish to drag the conversation by arguing at all.

I remember my primary school tutor who told me I was the kind of person to bottle up feelings alot. And I totally agree, like, I stared hard at her, bewildered and she was like, "Yeah, I can see through you cause of your tiny handwriting" lol.

Well, I think it has been a habit for me to never say out the "nasty things people said to me" to others, as I do not wish to let them bother with it.

So to shoo away this pain/nasty feelings, I will do things that engages my brain lol. Like, playing?

Just to also give you some background;

The wedges is bought from Century Square L2, the shop in orange where I also got my black flats for my SYF guitar performance 3 years ago.
There was an offer, 2 for $20. So I bought black flats with tiny jewel decorations and that pair of tiny ribbon wedges (as shown above) .

Hi readers! If you're wondering what WOC stands for, its World Orchid Conference!

OK, *flashback* all the looking at flowers just reminds me of the time I went to Taiwan and entered the International Flora Expo 2010 and was just in awe, saying "Hua! Hua! (Wah! Wah!)" #pun

I didn't took much photos from this convention anyway. It was more pleasing to the eyes than to see it on my mobile's camera. I was invited by Shngw's parents to go with them! As students, Shngw and I paid $9 to enter! Adult tickets are $15. More discounts if you are a PAssion card member I think!

Also, if you paid for entry to WOC at MBS convention centre, you are also given a complimentary ticket to visit the not-yet-officially-opened Gardens by The Bay! Sweet right! So much honey and nectar! *slaps myself cause that was a lousy pun* #pun

By the way, there wasn't much flowers to be seen. So the place wasn't that sweet smelling. Meh.

These are imported from Africa! They store lots of water in their bark as their surroundings lack water needed for them to grow. Think of them like camels as they store water in their humps!

This information is provided to me by the guides there, they're stationed at the most unusual stuff, like these trees! So that they can tell us more! Yeah! So I've just summarised what she had said.

There are 2 levels to this dome! Top level mainly for trees and the bottom level for ... small plants?

"Small plants like me!" thats what the flowers said.

Some observatory deck we've climbed and rested for 10 minutes.

There were seats so, it was the best time for massaging your sore feet! Heh-heh!

Extra large picture again!

I noticed two guides were kinda bored because no-one came up to them to ask them about the structure of the flower dome. Well, being the curious human, I asked them about why the dome was really cooling and about whether it would cause greenhouse gases and stuff.

So yes, refering to the extra large picture above, you can see that the solar panels are on the ...

(omg what would you call those things?) ... the ... exterior red firework looking poles!

These red poles are connected via underground passageways to deliver electricity to the flower dome.

And as we've all learnt from Physics, "Hot air rises while Cold air sinks",

people in the dome can feel the cooling air from the air vents located below the plant pots!

I've yawned while typing out the mechanism lol. I must have already lost the interest in Physics （；_ _；）

Welcome outside! This is the construction of the red firework looking poles in real life!

I only took a picture of it's bottom part, just so you can look at the solar panels on it!

OK, this picture shows the "left side" of the bridge in my headed direction, while the previous photo was taken of the right side. Well, when I saw this photo, I had that sad feeling of being inside the bustling city life, traffic congestions and the unavoidable stress from work.

Ah, how the sea calms me. It was really clean! Haha, linked to the Marina Barrage reservoir what.

To all Singaporeans out there! Do remember to visit the Flower Dome in Gardens by the Bay!

There is certainly more zones to visit, such as the Chinese, Malay and Indian gardens out of the dome!

Very pigmented, it doesnt take alot of the eyeshadow to achieve this eyes.

The colours give off a very light purple too, maybe you can pull off this look at a dinner party?

Oh yeah! I've also learnt how to apply eyeshadows properly! Let me teach you make-up newbies a trick!

Always apply the lighter shade towards your nose, followed by the darker shade towards your ear.

This is because when light shines down on you, the center part of your face glows first.

Pretty?! Haha, I drew that as an illustration ...

▲ Am really disappointed with Canmake's Maxi Volume Rogue in Naked Gold though, the colour was sort of pale brown, and it leaves a weird taste. No I did not lick it, it just feels weird for my mouth.

Okay, this is my 2nd eyelash curler after I've lost my 1st one bought from Daiso.

I'm thinking like, where ELSE can you ever find a matte black eyecurler? Beautiful product I must say.
It gives a good curling impact too!

U.P $6.58 IIRC, there was a massive storewide discount.

Am I such a worrywart? or is this too much of a serious matter?

Hello! I'm still in the midst of the A levels exam world if you're still wondering. Yes, somewhere between the problematic Physics and exaggerated Economics universe. But today I'm definitely not going to ask you how to memorize all my definitions and evaluations for me.

Today,
I think I made the invigilator wrote me a IR.

If you want to know whats IR, plz comment me right below this post heh. I don't wanna say it out cause its taboo, taboo! (I'm making hard attempts to make this post funny! ヘ(^_^ヘ)(ノ^_^)ノ)

Anyway, it all started like this:

Once upon a time a girl went to the exam hall to take her Physics P2. In the midst of preparing her stationery and IC and entry proof and watches and tissue papers and etc on the table, she realised she had 3 erasers instead of her usual 2! She presumed she must have taken D's eraser by accident and since she did not want her friend to fail this paper cause of inability to erase the answers, she raised her hand for the invigilator to walk by BEFORE THE PAPER STARTED and asked her to pass the eraser to D.

Apparently D was seated about 7 tables and chairs away from the girl, nevertheless, the invigilator helped passed the eraser to D.

The girl thought it was all fine and goody-goody, especially since the paper had not yet started and that Physics P2 is a very demanding paper which requires candidates to draw many diagrams and plant graphs.

She was wrong.
The girl looked up to see the invigilator walk to the stage, and the invigilator leaned forward to the examiners' desk to write with a face lacking any emotions. The girl noticed she was really writing alot of things.

Thats when the girl panicked. Was the invigilator trying to write, "This girl, seated at H12, attempted to cheat by passing an eraser containing message to D seated at H6?" or was she marking down the attendance of the people present in her designated row?

The girl kept worrying. It distracted her from doing the paper, all 1hr and 45 minutes of it. "It was already a losing battle with Physics, now do I have to suffer the report shock in my A level certificate?"

After the horrible experience with the Physics paper, she initially planned to speak to the Chief Preceding Examiner of the school. D stopped her, coaxing her that it (the situation itself) is not a problem. Mch also assured her that students are bound to receive IRs, including herself.

It reminded the girl of her O levels examination period 2 years back.
"Student caught for paper writings in pencil case", "Student with mobile phone, caught the next day". Remember that others were caught during exam, it kinda relieved the girl, (well, who doesnt feel relieved when there's an extra person in your boat lol) You have to agree with me on that!

Ah, the girl is me. (Lol who else can describe the event more better than myself right!)
I think I'm better now blurting it out.
I just really really really want to clarify, I have no intention to cheat for my exams at all. Never. I'm a kid who knows right and wrong to right and left! I believe that if you're not prepared for the exams, trying your best is good enough.

You dont have to be perfect to survive. You can just be an extra: Extra-ordinary person.

They're all somewhat meaningful and it does make you think and be civic-ly minded right? Better as compared to senseless ads like, "Shoot a duck and get an iPad". I happen to watch some kids show and the viruses looks like cockroaches so yeah ...

Wondering who are the cute animals in the picture? Well, they're Ahgel and Deven! What a name right?

They're based of me and Shngw's zodiac character, I'm the rooster and he's the monkey! Name is also thought of by me (just for this site) because I feel like I'm more of the nice type while Shngw is ... um, the fierce dude!

Look at Ahgel! She's an angel, hence you can make inferences from her name, "Ahgel". Sounds like a hair gel right? (Note: Nothing about ahlian!) Ah, but I wanted it "close to Angel". Another thing I know is that roosters are orangey-yellow but I like turquoise and this bird creature reminded me of that Twitter bird as well! So, one stone kills two birds!

Oh I meant hits two bananas (!) ... this next character loves to eat them!

Introducing, Deven! Again, do see the comparison of the name "Devil" and "Deven". Deven is sort of a cute devil who never fails to play tricks or do stuff that humors people lol. Yeah, he's like that. A special monkey! See the party hat on his head? Yes, although we don't like clubbing/ partying, we must say we love dressing up!

Just a quickie post!

I just took a look at my blog stats earlier and found out that people were searching for my nickname "yuummyman" because they were looking for guys whom google finds ... er, handsome and delicious to devour the list goes on ... ? BUT WHY SEARCH FOR YUMMY MEN?! ME NO GET IT! -tainted image forever-

Ah my god it came to my realization that they think I'm a hot male ... haha well you got PUNK'D guys I'm not even close! ... Probably when you saw my profile picture you must be saying to yerself, "Ahya, not this one! I don't want to see girl photos!" Well, I'm sorry la ha oki?!

The reasons why I created yuummyman as my nickname is because ...
#1 I thought it was cool, 2 U's and 2 M's.
#2 You know in civil jobs there are police MAN, fire MAN, stunt MAN, bomber MAN, super MAN and etc. I (again) thought it was awesome to have yuummyman - in small letters because it looks better that way - to fit into that category, like, who doesnt love eating?!
#3 I wanted to start my nicknames with the letter Y because my surname is Yong. This letter is also not widely used ya' know? So its special!

But I think I'm gonna change it today cause I got very very irked seeing google pictures of nude men instead of perfectly clothed pictures of myself, LOL.

So readers! Congratulations on visiting my blog because at this moment of time, I'm changing my nickname to ... *drum rolls* Yuummy8doll! Hah! I know right! Same as the top URL! Great news! I found out how to put a blusher on without the fuss of getting brushes / using your fingers as I did stupidly 2 posts back.
Tsk, I'm not going to elaborate much, scroll down towards the pictures.

▲ 1, remove cover. 2, press blusher against cheek.
3, colour against apples of your cheeks. 4, smudge it with your fingers.

This way, you get to see more of the apricot orange on your cheeks!

Good morning readers!

My apologies for the really random and awkward post I made previously. I have always wanted to have a 'gyaru/gal' transformation and well, I know it didn't turn out well. But I'm not disheartened by it! No worries at all for I'll be doing a remake of the post! And you thought there were no such things as remaking posts eh? Of course, not now, but sometime in the future when I learn the foundations of making up first! Pun intended.

On another note, I hope you all know that I'll be having my A levels soon ... LOL. Yeah right as if I can do it. Seeing my test results has discouraged me, being the weakest in class is also tormenting me. ―(T_T)→　サクッ~

Being in JC as compared to secondary school life in JYSS is a whole lot different and I miss the old days! When I noticed that this post is my 291th, it striked my mind of the oh-so-damned crowded bus I took my secondary school. Haha, all my peers would be squuezing in as well, as this is the only bus to the school (!!!)

Well, I do not want to fret further about choosing this option. Coming to a JC was my choice and I confess that I did not make the best out of my time here in IJ to study. Instead, I discovered my new passion towards the New Media Arts, my CCA (lah!). I was the leader a.k.a "The Boss" of my Innovation Technology crew. They are absolutely a fun bunch! I had "Big Boss" a.k.a Vinus the Managing Director of NMA and not forgetting, Wei Loke, Michelle, June, Caecilia - the EXCO members of IT. My team was famous for showing up most of the time for NMA duties, due to me spamming their phones. Long story short: I really enjoyed the times I had yea.

Today, I bought this:

They are, (L-R) Fairy Drops Platinum Mascara Water Proof Type and Candy Doll Cheek Colour in Carrot Orange
Since I'm just a beginner to makeup, I shall show you my ~~exciting~~ process on how I put on these products! Oh, before you proceed, this is a gentle reminder to tell you some parts may be a little ... well, weird I shall put it. Do remember that I'm not good at this. Lol, maybe this post should just go out to the young kids who loves putting mommy's makeup when they're out of home. *I'm kidding*

Alright! Picture Showcard - GO!

Yeha! Finally able to get my paws on these two makeup products! Take a picture of it unboxed!

Analyzing the brush applicator; Fairy Drops has a very unique curved wand consisting of 3 spheres.
This feature is to ensure the wand reach out to your eyelashes. Not forgetting,
the fibers on the wand are extra small so that it avoids clumping with your real lashes :)

Omake! This wand matches the eye part of my smiley face! （*＾＾）

I didn't take pictures of the application process, I guess most of you pros should know it.
So, this is the end result. It did make my bottom lashes longer but ...
to you readers, not ... much of a difference right?
Maybe because I'm a beginner ... or I didn't even curl my eyelashes in the 1st place
Cause I don't own an eyelash curler ...

Oh well, I'm dissappointed that I forgot that main step but ... NEXT!

Aftermath? Well, I'm happy that I bought these products. Even if the pictures suck,
I had a great first-time trying out Fairy Drops and Candy Doll!

Yes, dear readers, welcome back to my blog after, about 6 months? Yeah, I dont really count the previous blog-post because it was just 1 video attached to it lol. You can see from my picture that I'm giving you an inverse "Hi!" :D

It has been awhile, but I've not changed very drastically. I'm still the same ol' me, short-hair, geeky, acne! and absolutely stressed about schoolwork. I feel that all the questions are totally not linked to my lecture notes! Seriously! All assignments require you to think out of the box to solve the problems! Its really impossible for me to do it because I lack the fundamentals of Physics (to solve Physics questions). Oh man! & I'm even having difficulties to comprehend the lecture notes!

Well ... I always think that the first step to scoring well is to have a good mind. (I'm rephrasing that from "Habits of Mind" zz, don't want to be using that copyright) That's why I'm now psycho-ing my self to break the boundaries, I've just searched "Tips on getting the mood to study" on Google lol, (Google-knows-it-all!). Hi netizens, I'm just being bored again. I have done my Maths homework (heh) and also my Chemistry LMS assignment (heh heh)! Ok lah, I cheated on the Chem online work and scored full marks.

Meanwhile, its the 1 week March school holidays for me! I'm really taking this holiday seriously! So all this while I've been slacking around with Shngw and my family. We've been to Downtown East, Marina Square to play Prize Stage, IKEA, Thomson and quite a few more places but I think I forget now. Its so much fun!

I'm beginning to think about life, you all would now know about the Japan quakes and tsunamis right? Houses swept away by 10m waves, people lost and their preserved heritage. Everything to them, gone overnight. Why would life be ended like this? Why not just make sure that we enjoy what we are doing now?

My dreams were scary, I was talking to Shngw's mom in simple Chinese about how good he is, how talented and obedient, etc. We were waiting for him to get out of some tuition. Then while the three of us were walking back to his home, Shngw's pretty sister came out of a taxi and rushed towards him ... I dropped all my supermarket bags, (I presume I was going to cook dinner with his mom at his place), and I ran towards the confusing HDB maze of blocks ... just because, his sister is so damned pretty and beautiful and wears all the nice clothes and makeup jewelery, wouldn't it be best if he goes to her?

I guess I was very demoralised and sad, -_-. Oh, then the next dream was worse.

Then another dream(wow, yes, I dreamt alot because I slept alot) about terrorism ... I was in some convention with my family and some grandmother and alot of other tough men. The grandmother went into the toilet and heard some gunshots, an image of a woman being headshot-ed flashed through my mind. The grandmother acted calmly and proceeded for the exit ... to which she found there weren't any. She told me about the incident. Then some more stuff happened and I managed to escape from that place with my family and that random grandmother. But I was urgent for the toilet, (yes, what perfect timing~) then I found a nearby coffeeshop toilet but there were so many people queueing, including a man holding a rifle! I knew something was wrong so I headed to find another washroom. The next scene was in school, I rushed for the toilet and pushed the door, only to find out pairs of white shoes in every corner. I was horrified, then I pushed the door, to find this burly bearded man coming towards me.

Then I woke up.

NMA is definitely torturing my JC life, but I really love all the slavery work I do. Haha, well I'm born to help out right?

Well, remember that HMn used me as a model for her YouthchaNgE project? Now the pictures and video are up on the NMA website. Gah, I dont have the guts to see my ugly self. I looked horrendous lol! But still, if you're always interested, you may ask me about where to find those pictures.

I went out with Shngw after the MOS Burger dinner to visit Riverside Park.
It was craziness, the walking distance and the dark areas.

Nevertheless I did turn a blind eye when couples made out and eew.

Came across a quote from a documentary I saw on television today.

I hope it made an impact on you! I have been walking around Tampines MRT and have seen alot of such people begging. At times, my gut feelings tell me to donate some money to them. But I usually don't do it! I would feel bad, but ... yeah, money is important to save!

There are some cases where I've been cheated before, a group of youngsters with tattoos asking me to buy some pen towards some unknown charity. Back then, I was alone and heading home after school. The people wanted my $5 note lol. I was kind of threatened by them so I handed over the note and took the pen ... which was out of ink anyway. So, this incident taught me something, stay away as far as possible from those "oh-hi! this-is-for-charity!" people!

I also remember what Zhn Yng said about him giving $$ to a busker and he noticed that person bought cigarettes with the money at some point of time! Oh really, how sad! I hope it serves as a demotivation to stop smoking if the busker does not receive enough money though, right?

Meanwhile, I'm not saying that every busker/beggar is a bad person. It would just depend on you yourself for your impressions of them. Who knows? Maybe one day I might be one who would beg and play the keyboard and sing beyond low-quality music to the public! :O

Upon reaching home sweet Singapore, I changed my phone from LG Viewty to Blackberry Curve. So, there were some errors when I switched on the Blackberry. Firstly, there was no battery at all, it was almost like, negative battery. Secondly, I wanted to backup my phone after the stupid incident whereby I failed all 10 attempts of phone passwords and my phone deleted everything, you know, like self-destruct and stuff.

So I backed up the phone, before I do that, the computer asked me to type my password to proceed backuping and mind you, I DID type the correct password this time round. Now, the computer says my password is wrong for 10 times!

Fuck! Now my phone is wiping away all my contact list and forcing me to do all the stupid set-up stuffs again! OK! I've learnt my lesson! No more passwords in phone! Let people see my lvdv SMSes! Eeeek!

Its also very ironic I'm watching Wipeout on AXN now too!

Its 302am, I'm a jerk for being awake. I kept thinking of Shngw and his messages he sent today. I feel confused. I AM affecting him too much! If he cant study, how is he going to keep up with JC2 work? For sure I wont worry about myself, cause I'm bent to fail and repeat the exams, lol, then I'll pull strings to work as a airline waitress. Nevertheless, will not think too much and see how my day goes on tomorrow, that is, if I can even step out of this hotel cause meh is sick.

I really like him eh ~~~~ I'd wish to be better for him! In fact, I've created some resolutions!

一) Shall stop eating too much!
二) Will never ask him to find another girl ... (Must say to myself that I'm better than the rest! But can't over-do this ._.)

Hey! Its 643! I'm still fresh, awake, living and I'm going to start ranting! Since that person doesnt want to see me so much, I would want to crush and tear a 3-paged long letter (that I put so much effort and TIME into it) meant to be given to him! You see, I've been eating snacking on chocolates at home and in 2 days time I'll be flying off to Taiwan where I will also be enjoying the in-flight breakfast and glue my eyes to the never-released-in-Singapore-yet movies on the plane! Sweet!

Hi! I apologize for the lengthy post earlier. I'll try to keep this one short and sweet though! My sister is really uptight about me using her shampoo. At first, I was very puzzled, I mean, they can be easily bought, right? Well, she explained further that the shampoo might not be in production anymore.

OK, so thats when I felt jumpy too, I really love this shampoo lol! Its smells good and makes your hair really smooth for a hairstyle that's pretty short. Hopefully if you readers know of any place to get this specific shampoo bottle, you'll inform me!

Yesterday I went to school early to meet my beloved Maths teacher, Mdm Chan. I'm serious about the "beloved" part lol. She's a great teacher who can analyse my mistakes very well and always gives me help. Anyway, the meet up with her went well with J Y and Klvn from her other classes. That was 740.

At 830, I went for the second briefing of the Cyberwellness CIP project. I cant help but feel bored while the white shirt man rattled on about keeping yourself safe online. So, I did Sudoku on ChJ's newspaper and I'm damn proud to say I've completed a 4-star Sudoku!

After the wonderful briefing which ended around 1140, ChJ, Shngw and I found out that the side gate was locked, so we proceeded to walk towards the main gate when ChJ stopped and picked up some branches from the grass and lighted it. Interestingly, the twigs burns out really fast! Refer to picture 1 and 2.

Since the two guys were hungry, they ate hokkien mee at a kopitiam in Woodlands. I was quite unlucky to have bird poop on my arm ... this is the second time in a month that bird poop on me and my stuff! How annoying! If I had noticed earlier, the entire place was filled with bird droppings lol!

Okay, so after that I returned Shngw's brother library books and took 161 to his house to see and play his wonderful new laptop! (Yay!) It was ChJ's first time there, so we supposedly let him find the way and we spent quite awhile to find the block. I passed by a wall which had colour schemes in it, lol, my life in Tampines didnt have this sort of thing! My town would have just painted the blocks without getting us to choose the colours. Hmmpf! Refer to picture 3.

Around 4 hours in his house, I went to see his room for the first time~! I found a nice spot to sleep, near his bed, against the wall (I repeat, NEAR his bed, its not polite to be on another person's bed ... except Mchll's guest bed!) Then Shngw threw me his bolster, pillow and blanket. Its weird to say this but, it was cozy! Hopefully I didnt mentally disturb his brother though, he seems engrossed in an old Japanese anime.

Later I went to find my family at Tanjong Pagar, at 1910 since they'll be late, I took a small bite at the MRT's xchange mall. I over ordered and became full lol. Shngw was showing a bad face so I was like talking to ChJ again ... ChJ said he think that Shngw was acting that way because my parents treated me badly by letting me wait and asking me to travel around Singapore to find them. Lol, since he was a guy too I believed him and really thought it was for that reason. In the later part of the evening, I realised it wasnt true. Shngw reacted like that because I kept 'chasing' him away for example, "Hi! Since my parents would be late, why not you guys get going first? :D" (There's smiley face somemore leh!)

Note to self: Shngw gets angry about me very easily.

Okay, so the rest of the day isnt worth talking because I slept and slept and slept, in the restaurant, in the car and at home. 14 hours later I woke up. So, its a new day! As what SWT would say its "Happy first month". But technically, that is wrong! You see, I met him on February, so ... it would be, "Happy 11 months of knowing you and a really sweet 1 month of being closer to you more than usual!" Haha!

Today, I pretended to fail all password attempts in my BlackBerry. To my surprise, it wiped my phone! Contacts, Memos, SMSes! Fortunately, nothing in the memory card is lost. So, my addictive songs are still in it!

Thank god most of the contacts are there now. Well, except for Zhn Yng's. I feel like calling his house to get his mobile phone number. Haha, I'm feeling the same ol' awkwardness I had when I initiate the phone calls to him. Should I really do it?

Earlier that day, they mentioned several stuff to do if you would want to retain. For example, filling up forms, attending extra classes etc. So yeah, I was worried about that. But since I'm promoted I will have to push those work aside.

& Here comes new dilemma - my beloved CCA, NMA. Currently, we are required to do up banners for other CCAs as a means to fill up our portfolio. Being the head of IT, I would also have to handle them and break them news of upcoming projects such as the Innova's Open House, Youth ChaNgE, NMA website and last but not least, the Final Year Project. All these should be done by May 2011 too! Guess I would have to balance my CCA and academics again.
